Digital Products
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales on ebooks and digital downloads are final. If you have a technical issue accessing your download, email me at becomingher@jenniferkate.net and I will make it right.
Physical Products — Merch & Journals
Because every item is made to order just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. Please double check your size before ordering.
However if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — we will replace it. No questions asked. Just email us a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery at becomingher@jenniferkate.net and we will take care of you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend checking with neighbors and your local post office first. If you believe your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will do our best to help.
