Are your physical products made to order?

Yes. Every hoodie, blanket, mug, tote, hat, and journal is printed and made specifically for you when you place your order. That means it takes 3 to 5 business days to produce before it ships. It is worth the wait.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Because products are made to order we cannot accept returns for sizing or change of mind. Please check sizing carefully before ordering. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect we will replace it. Just email us a photo within 7 days of delivery.

How long does shipping take?

Production takes 3 to 5 business days. After that standard US shipping is 5 to 10 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do. Delivery times vary by location. International customers are responsible for any duties or customs fees charged by their country.
